Deezer
The Deezer app only allows subscribers to the platform to listen to music offline. The plans start at 19.90 in the simple Premium version for one person and can go up to 34.90 in the Family version for up to six accounts.

The Soundcloud app is the only option on the list that allows you to listen to music offline for free. To do this, tap on the three dots and choose the “Add to Playlist” option.
In the list, touch the song and then touch the playing track located at the bottom of the screen. The app will show you a new playback track. Tap the heart and wait for the full song to play to download it.
In the music streaming app, it's still possible to create and organize playlists, find artists and tracks, provide content, and even interact with other users through comments on specific parts of songs.
The negative aspect of the application is the catalog that, being free, can leave you wanting.
